@lightningleaf23 the ‘global economic crisis’ was so bad in the UK because of Brown’s hand off regulation in the city. Labour created the conditions for it to happen then somehow wanted credit for mopping up their own mess. There’s a good reason why every Labour government we’ve ever had has left unemployment higher than it was when they came to power.

@KingJ.B exactly. The least popular PM in polling history and the fastest drop in popularity of any new government ever. That’s quite some achievement.
