  2.  @kevingrant7098  that was then, this is now. Labour has been running the NHS in Wales for 20 years and it has more people waiting over 18 months for treatment than England!

  3.  @steveparker8065  the Welsh government has tax raising powers but has chosen not to use them….the ‘funding from Westminster’ argument is weak if they won’t raise extra income when the have the opportunity.
