  1. 29:00 I don't understand... They're referring to this incident as an error but then explain that the controller made no error. If he told the planes to go to the same point (Breezy) at different altitudes that's not an error on his part. If the pilots didn't respond appropriately why would they be calling it a controller error and why would the controller be so freaked out about it? Also, if it wasn't an error why are we explaining that it was caused by controller fatigue? There seems to be a lot of contradiction in this part of the discussion.
