  1. So as a missile it has all the very expensive missile things that missiles have. Then instead of a cheap, light explosive to go boom it has an expensive, heavy cannon? I don't really see a use case for a kamikaze cannon on an expensive missile. I don't know, maybe as an aircraft attack weapon? Instead of a proximately fuse explosive it attempts to strafe the target?
