  1. One of my favorites is the Honor your oath guy, Jeff. he's the most non confrontational guy you could imagine. Just stands around holding a sign and inevitably somebody calls the cops on him. How the cops react is about a fifty-fifty split. Sometimes they tell him to carry-on and other times they try to tell him to move on...

  2. If they were "harassing patrons at the library or post office" they would have been arrested for harassment. Even when somebody doesn't like being filmed while they're in a public place that doesn't mean they're being harassed. By their way, they're being filmed by the government at that very same time. When my neighbor cuts their grass early on a Saturday morning I don't like it but I'm not being harassed.

  5. A duty to perform a citizen arrest arrest on whom? The looters? There is practically never any duty to aid a victim or interfere with crimes and that’s how it should be. Regular citizens don’t have all the support structures that police do and shouldn’t be required to get involved in those situations.
