  1. I know youre just trolling, but the issue is that Twitter has special protections and exemptions from the US government because it classifies itself as a PLATFORM. A platform means it simply exists as a service to provide a "platform" for other people to post their views or whatever. The opposite of a platform would be a publisher, whereas it retains full control over what is published on its service. It is then liable for its own actions. The problem is that Twitter is trying to go both ways. It wants all the protections and benefits of being a platform, but also wants full control of what is posted just like a publisher. It's a huge issue, that will have to be resolved eventually.
