  2. Unfortunately, it's the new reality. It only takes one upset customer to sue them for harassment or hate speech or whatever if the customer service agent doesn't know how (or hasn't been "trained") to properly engage with one of the "other" types of people. This particular one, I sort of see Geico's point. Sort of. I still don't like it, and wish it would stop. But I think in this case, they're just trying to cover themselves and get/keep more customers. At least they're not literally ADVERTISING it, like a couple of those woke companies have done or are doing.

  3. Yep. It's a sad truth. They're pretty much forced to do this. I suspect every big company does this in one way or another. This one just happened to be "revealed". I think there are many better things to get upset over or start boycotts over.

  4.  @tinyshamrocks2172  I thought that too at first, but I saw that the ring was fully exposed (no glove) for a few videos before he started wearing the glove. So him wearing the ring was no secret. Now I just think he's wearing it to get people commenting and contributing "engagement" to his videos.
