  1. That usually happens on almost every video when people have already made 665 comments, then one more comment is made. Then after another comment, it will go to 667. Pretty basic, and very consistent. Not really much to get bewildered or amazed about. Check it out sometime - every video that gets enough comments will go from 665, to 666, to 667 comments eventually.
