  1.  @ReformedSauron  Liberal defines someone who wants liberate himself from the confines of the accepted norms - the ideals, traditions, beliefs, rules, and customs. Conservative defines someone who wants to conserve those same things. Yes, it could be argued that the original founders were the liberals against the Monarchy's conservatism. True. But in doing so, the founders started a new country with new norms and 200 years later, modern liberals are trying to break against the USA's conservatism. Conservatives want to conserve the things that made this the best and most advanced country in the world.

  2. I agree with Ray. I've read your rebuttal countless times now, and you have yet to say what the law really says or what it's really about. Most people don't understand lawyerspeak, so it would be nice if you explained it to us instead of just trying to sound pompous. The general population has been led to believe, among some copyright stuff, the law allows "sites" to allow all legal content without being liable for such content. If the site actively censors or discriminates, it can be held liable. If this is not the case, please explain to use how and why that is so, and how so many people are getting that idea if it isn't in there.
