  1. It sort of got put on hold since Elon wants to back out now that he found that Twitter has a huge amount of fake accounts (which falsely inflated its value).

  2.  @1940limited  We will see, if the deal goes through. In the meantime, Twitter may at least clean up it's user rolls and eliminate the bots and fakes.
