  3.  @mjt1517  For censorship. They are PLATFORMS, meaning they receive certain legal benefits PUBLISHERS do not enjoy. Part of being a platform is that they can not discriminate. It needs to go to the Supreme Court once and for all, but no one wants to touch it due to all the ramifications it will have.
