  2.  @biscuithammer00  If US hadn't been what it was (Capitalistic) the world would probably be like Old Soviet, or Hitler's Germany. Or maybe China... And your last comment sort of alludes to the beginning of this conversation. As I stated, there will ALWAYS be an underclass that the higher-ups exist at the "expense of". My point is that in the American Capitalistic society, ANYONE can move up and out of that underclass, on their own free will for the most part. And there are a LOT more people on the higher ends of society. In other systems (i.e. Socialism), there is a very small section of higher-ups, and EVERYONE else is in the underclass. (again, I'm talking about large population countries, not small homogeneous groups in which results can differ).

  5.  @biscuithammer00  There will ALWAYS be an underclass, no matter what you believe. There will always be a segment of the population with lower than average IQ, lower than average work ethics, simply doesn't want to work, and various other circumstances, at the same time, there will always be jobs required that no one wants to do, and/or that anyone with no intelligence or experience can do. The difference is, in YOUR system, you want EVERYONE to be the underclass (or just barely above) so that everyone's equal and everyone has just what they need. In right-wing capitalism, people with higher IQ, strong work ethics, or simply a desire to grow and succeed, can do so on their own merit and free will. Socialism, and all the similar "-ism's" remove or at least heavily retard that incentive. It's been proven more than once.

Every large population communist or fully socialist country suffered (Or suffers) from shortages, curfews, lack of liberties/freedoms, lack of, or very limited, choices of products, and limited chance of economic improvement....... Every one experienced one or more of these situations as everyday life.

I guess what you said was true, about what we're experiencing today is normal for many parts of the world, many of them capitalistic, but that was a red herring and I fell for your trick. Let me say it this way. Hopefully we both agree that the US is the most successful , greatest country since it's inception. I contend that it could not have achieved such greatness under any other form of government. Several competing countries have tried under differing forms, and all failed (large underclass, shortages, limited freedoms, etc).
