  1. Yes, this! Actually, it goes even a step further back. I wonder, would the attempt have been made if the debate had gone in Biden's favor? A really odd string of events all linked together. "Biden is great, healthy, blah blah"...., and challenges Trump to a debate in a Biden-friendly environment under Biden-friendly rules. All is going well for team blue. But turns out, debate is a disaster for Biden. Looks like he's dropping and Trump is surging. Another week of "Biden's great, Biden's healthy, blah blah...", but not convincing anyone. Then comes attempt. Attempt fails. Biden suddenly contracts cooviid and has to cancel all appearances. His ardent supporters still saying Biden's great, Biden's healthy, blah blah, but writing on the wall that he'll probably lose the election. In come the movers and shakers of the Dems to force Biden out and appoint Kamala.
