  2.  @debanydoombringer1385  Thats easy. theyre not taxing you "moving" (walking), theyre taxing you using the roads that tax money paid for. that can easily go through the courts. they already tax you for buying the car, the gas you use in it, the toll roads you drive on, force you to pay for inspections of your car, force you to register and license it. just adding a new tax to the miles it drives is just a simple progression. im 100% not for this this, but its definitely enforceable and and the courts would allow it, unfortunately.

Economics 101. people dont start, own, or run a business to take losses, or help charity, or finance government. if there is a loss somewhere, it needs to be made up elsewhere. either by cutting expenses somewhere, or raising income. if the general population could understand this and get a grasp on this concept, the democrat party would not exist. it lives off people's general misunderstanding of this concept.
