Im fairly certain it started out by black people in lower end jobs who usually didnt have the best work ethics, and was used as a derogative for the "entitled" white woman who expected her order to be correct, and would start complaining if it wasn't. It basically was a racist term against whites that blacks devised.

  4.  @BlookbugIV  I guess just personal experience. I've heard black people use it as a racist perjorative against whites for many years, but never heard whites use it until it kinda went mainstream a couple years ago.
