  1.  @25taylorkw  He said Democrat controlled big CITIES, not states. Stop trying to muddy the water deflect the blame. We all know who are committing the homicides and rural Republicans are most definitely in the minority of culprits. The original comment was 100% correct - kids are more likely to be killed in DEMOCRAT controlled big cities. You cant refute that statement by finding a stat about something else! And about legalizing weed making the inner cities better, that is a fallacy. The inner city gangs and other criminals will still sell harder drugs, and will resort to selling more guns and stolen goods to make up for whatever weed sales they lose. It could possibly make things worse, not better. Instead of making their living selling weed, they may resort to muggings or suburban home burglaries. Remember, they're CRIMINALS and make their living committing crimes, such as selling weed. Take that away, and they'll resort to other criminal activities. That is, unless the entire Democrat Party totally changes their outlook on life and starts severely penalizing criminals and also starts encouraging business and bringing jobs into the cities, and enforcing personal responsibility and proper citizenship and lawfulness.....which we all know they will NEVER do, that goes against everything the Democrat exist upon!

  2.  @25taylorkw  yeah, it was very obvious you were a Democrat party supporter. The fact remains, the original comment was correct, and made a significant point pertinent to the conversation. Refuting that comment, especially by using a different statistic, really had no point, and appeared to be what it was - a dig against Republicans and a defense of Democrats.

  3.  @25taylorkw  no, by my logic, when a person is presented an absolutely true observation about a particular political party , and that person immediately presents some OTHER observation against the opposing party, that means you're a member of the original party. Which you even admitted in your next comment.

  6.  @adamled99  The Democrat Party is so off the rails, so out there, so anti- everything this country is about, that just belonging to the party removes all respect a person has earned. It's like being in the kkk - the simple act of joining the kkk should strip all respect from a person. Anyone who joins or remains in the party of Pelosi, Hank Johnson, Schumer, Frederica, Waters, Cummings, Sheila Jackson, etc.... earns no respect. Obviously you're free to see it in your own way, but that is how I see it, and I wish more people would open their eyes to it. (ps. Trump is a perfect example - on many issues, most of his life he was mainly a Democrat. But when it came down to it, he wasn't so stupid to actually join or run in that party.)
