it sounds like youre the stupid one. of course he could be guilty of obstruction! whether the crime happened or not, he certainly could have been guilty of obstructing the investigation. you sound like a Democrat -just making things up that sound good to you. ps. im on trumps side, and dont believe he did anything wrong (at least not to the level that warrants any punishment), but im not gonna try to play internet lawyer and simply make things up to make my side look better. theres more than enough real things to say to make us look good that i dont need to invent new laws.

well, thats pretty easy - theyre not saying he obstructed the crime, theyre saying he obstructed the committee investigating the allegations. thats common sense. im not saying he did, im just saying its a logical (and totally expected) response.

@scallen3841 I agree. I didnt say he DID obstruct, I'm saying it IS possible to obstruct an investigation, even if the person is innocent and never committed the crime. Read the original comment, then read mine again.

@scallen3841 Are you dense or something? I never said Trump DID obstruct anything. The original comment above insinuated that it wasn't possible to obstruct an investigation if the person wasn't guilty of the crime. And I was explaining that that is false - even an innocent person can obstruct an investigation against him.
