@debanydoombringer1385 The problem is, for every case like the one you described, there are 20 where that same Union lawyer fought just as hard to keep the drug user employed, or the lazy guy who left his post, or the alcoholic who calls out sick every Friday or Monday, or the employee who steals from the company...... (I speak from experience, I was in the Union and saw it all first hand.) Not to even mention, the Unions basic job is to get the most pay and benefits for the worker, for the least amount of work required from said worker.
