  4. That gets on my nerves, too! The first two years of Clinton's first term, he was heading full Left-Wing Democrat/Socialist! He was so bad that he gave Republicans a historic win in Congress, something unheard of. Gingrich, along with the now-majority Republicans, went to work turning this country back around - and basically everything they accomplished, Clinton got the credit for! I hate when younger people who either weren't into politics back then, or just look at trends and statistics, and assume if something "good" happened under a President, it means that President was good. We know the things Trump fought for - so we know where to assign credit/blame for results when we see them. How many of these 30-year-olds know what Clinton initially fought for? Seems like almost none. And the answer is, basically nothing that he's given credit for achieving.
