  1. It's absolutely the the best thing! I've said for years that instead of all these tiny, poorly funded, poorly functioning, unknown YouTube alternatives that kept popping up over the years, several rich people "on the right side" should buy into or otherwise infiltrate YouTube to change it from within. It's too big to beat, but it's practices could be reversed with different ownership and management. Same goes for the rest of big social media.
