  2. As bad as the 70's were, at least most people, including our President, were on the same page and wanted our country to succeed and thrive. It's different now because this is not someone doing something to us, this is us doing this to ourselves! And half the people in our country think we haven't gone far enough! That's why this is so bad. We know how to fix this. (Trump was well on the way to doing so in his first three years). But we have an active population dead set against doing what's needed to fix it, including our President and his whole administration/party. And THAT'S why this time around is so much worse!
