I think someone got to him and informed him that this was his time to run, as Trump was going to face some serious indictments before the election and would be out. That's the only thing I can think of that would make him change so quickly. He literally said he would not run if Trump was running. He was doing good for Florida, and was saying the right things. Now he went back on his word and can't seem to do anything right. I think he got bad information and got himself into a predicament.
