  1. +juan francisco villarroel thula Maybe in a Democracy, but we are not a democracy. We are a "Representative Republic". A Democracy is basically "mob rule". We were set up to prevent that, to prevent a whole bunch of people in one area voting against the wishes of all the other areas which may be less populated.
