Exactly! Actually, the same could be said of Jimmy. They are the people who actively supported all the Democrats up until now - all those Democrats who voted for and pushed all the laws and standards that have led to what we have today.

Ronie Lavon "Liberal" comes from the word "liberate". What are "liberals" trying to liberate from? The traditional morals, values, customs, and ways of the country that helped get the US to be the leader of the world. "Conservative" comes from "conserve". Conservatives want to conserve those values and traditions. It's that simple. Yes, many Americans are ignorant. But OUR use of those words are in context with OUR structure. You are ignorant if you try to apply your own system to define how we describe ours.

@OofieDooples Liberalism is most definitely LEFT of center. You are probably confusing it with Libertarian (which can be argued about on either side, it has aspects of both sides, in some ways, but is generally considered on the right).

@yogimaster1 He wanted to start up some test project in Baltimore (obviously when he was President) to bring factories and businesses into the city to give the people a chance to make something of themselves with decent factory jobs and help Black people start businesses, and he wanted it to be the example for other cities (read: minority areas), so a change could begin, but our Black city leaders actually went on the local news and gave a press conference saying he wasn't welcome here and they didn't want his "racism here" and they were insulted that anyone thought they couldn't do it on their own. So it never happened. And they were proud of themselves for refusing help. Yes, this world has gone crazy. PS. Look at Baltimore City today...

+Coddy Riggin its because we have freedom. people are free to wander the streets at night, committing crimes, free to use the phones to plan crimes, free to have personal cars and use the streets freely to commit crimes, yes, even free to get weapons...... so of COURSE we will have more jails! a free society will inherently have more crime. its a choice we made - we'd rather have a little more freedom and accept some crime, than a communist police state where there is no crime. if you still dont understand this, you need to study history better. in china, a criminal gets body parts disabled, or his life taken for committing crime! thats why they dont have as many prisoners! would you rather live in china?

@grisflyt Thinking critically is exactly WHY someone would say that. And many do! All the young, altruistic kids with no life experience and no responsibilities, and possibly no jobs, believe in all the utopian lies their school teachers indoctrinated them with. But by midlife, after they've experienced living as an adult with responsibilities and have to think about their futures and their children's futures, they realize "liberalism" is a detriment to a stable and productive society, conservatism is the way.

Everything you mentioned has been the Democrat Party MO since I was born in the 60's. There was only one small window when a Democrat President didn't adhere to this, which was when the "Republican Revolution" switched Congress over to Republican controlled after many decades, under Bill Clinton - and naturally, Clinton took all the credit for anything good happening in the country because of it. But yes, this administration is the worst of the worst. Many say we were headed here during Obama's terms. Luckily Trump came in and did a lot of good, and slowed that "fundamental change" of our country. But Trump was out, Biden in, and the Dems had to play catch up!

Reagan brought the country back from the brink of collapse under Carter. The country did good again under Clinton - because of the "Republican Revolution" Congress under him, and then the country came back and did well again under Trump!

@jujutrini8412 A person has to be on drugs or just trolling to think Democrats and Republicans are equally as bad as each other. It's so absurd to even consider that, it's like trying to explain to a person why sand feels dry but water feels wet. The comparison isn't even close anymore. It's basically to the point where yeah, maybe Republicans aren't "great" at running this country, but Democrats are like an invading, hostile enemy trying to destroy this country! The two parties are definitely NOT as bad as each other!

TaxEvasion777 What made you think that? At the time, Trump set in motion a way to solve the problem. He wasn't a doctor or scientist. He did what he thought would help the country. But unlike the Democrats, he didn't use his power or the pandemic to force people to take the medicine.
