Actually, he's about 50 or 60 years behind the times, and I mean that in a good way. Back then, 99% of the politicians believed exactly what he does now. It was all just common sense. Both sides believed in citizenship, borders, security, etc.... it wasn't even an argument. Except for maybe a handful of Communists, who were laughed out of the room, rightfully so.

It was still being built when Biden took over. It had already been paid for, the materials were all situated in the staging/storage area at the site, when Biden cancelled it, wasting all that money for nothing.
