Although the explanation can get quite complex, I'll just start off by asking, WHY does New York transport it's sludge all the way down to the south? As you do your research, the word "regulations" may come up a few times. Of course, I doubt you will.

  3. Mitchell Maytorena It's not going over my head. It's not republicans fault the train stopped there. Where did the train come from? Why did the train have to travel in the first place? All because of Democrat regulations. You're the idiot who claimed this whole thing to be be political, specifically due to republicans, not me. Regulations are why the train has to go there in the first place. Only a brain dead Democrat would try to blame republicans for such a situation.
