Any definitive information on how YouTube income for an individual is treated in Portugal? It's royalties under the YouTube terms and conditions. I asked a few agencies and lawyers and I'm getting conflicting information as some claim Portuguese law treats YouTube income as business income or self employment income which is taxed at 20%. Anyone have any experience or concrete info on this?
