No fault eviction essentially drives up the risk associated with renting because it is impossible to get the tenant out of your property. the problem is low skilled workers want to work in a high cost of living area and benefit from the high wages. The high wages means that the land lords have to pay extremely high costs to maintain and insure properties. These low skilled workers need to move to areas where the cost of living is cheap.
