  1. the corps owe money to the bank and if the bank doesnt get paid, they foreclose and auction off the property. These tanants will have to pay their rent to one person or another because they don't own the land.

  2. if the bank doesn't get their money from the equity firm, they will foreclose on the property and then sell it off. The bank is going to get their money one way or the other. Got to pay your rent on time.
