  2. These policies only guarantee that there will be a significant decrease in low income housing. You are not going to invest in an area with rent control. If you do, you will make luxury apartments. This weeds out the section 8 folks and almost eliminates need for evictions. The best solution is the free market. Make it easier to evict people and really easy to evict people who have past evictions. This will lower the risk in building low income housing thereby filling the need.

  3. if the govt would only back student loans to 20K, banks would stop lending to these kids and college would get alot cheaper.

  4. when trump lowered taxes on the wealthy, they ended up making more money and then ended up paying more in taxes that they would have otherwise. Meanwhile communism fails everytime everywhere.
