  1. High concentration thc cause psychosis. Given it’s becoming more prevalent it’s possible. Stimulant abuse like adderall and meth can cause this. Some people can become delusional due to bladder infections etc, it’s weird. Also, the most likely cause is people trying to get clicks or become famous.
