  2.  @hmhm856  these govt programs are propping up the price. If there is a floor in price, it won’t fall beyond that. I will give you an example, let’s say the govt gets out of the medical insurance game. It ends Medicare, Medicaid and va benefits. The price of health care would drop by like 75% in a month. They can only charge what people can pay. Same for rents.
