Yes, Prop 47 exists in California, which reduced nonviolent offenses less than 950 to misdemeanors from felonies, they will be prosecuted, and jail time is still possible. The prop, while may be wrong or right, was not established by Governor newsom like applied. It was not set by any Governor, as it was a statewide vote. And yes, you can be arrested. And dude, as a former resident of Sarasota, you enter that like you’re going into the projects of Baltimore in the middle of the night. And ya, the park wasn’t hard to find. It is IN Sarasota where they have GPS. Sarasota - Bradenton is an area of over 1/2 million people, with high tech and airports and colleges and universities and everything. Geez.
