  1. Ya, but still it was the quality which ultimately sold it. I have a 430 and prefer it over the newer ones. However, I imagine many of the potential LS customers of today are instead buying RX and GX. Lexus drivers are still more utilitarian than Mercedes drivers. And sold all of them; there is a difference.
