To this day know-how and tools are provided to TSMC and Samsung by USA and USA allies in Europe... China+N. Korea vs. Taiwan+S.Korea btw. Total number of people aged 25 to 64 with higher education in Taiwan is 45% and in that topic Japan is 4th with 48%. Canada and Russia have 54%. So it looks that in this topic you are also wrong.
