@Retired Bore He clearly did not have much to do with Soviet soldiers, they would enter first West German city and would try to steal everything and load it on tanks and IFV... and that would take much more time than creating new Power Point presentation of the Soviet invasion. During Winter War Finish soldiers often runed awey from position intentionaly with warm field kitchen and big stock of vodka left behind. Few hours later they were comming back and the whole Soviet unit was destroyed without a single Finish casuality...

@Retired Bore Sounds like complete BS... the radar was crapand that is it! And no, MiG-25 was build to intercept planes, not to intercept "low flying submarines"... LoL Not to mention that the pilot would provide all the info about the electronic system...

"K-202 was a 16-bit minicomputer, created by a team led by Polish scientist Jacek Karpiński between 1970–1973 in cooperation with British companies Data-Loop and M.B. Metals. Approximately 30 units were claimed to be produced. All units shipped to M.B. Metals were returned for service. Due to friction resulting from competition with Elwro, a government-backed competitor, the production of K-202 was blocked and Karpiński thrown out of his company under the allegations of sabotage and embezzlement." The reality was that Karpiński computer was killed because it was not a Soviet as all people in Poland were forced to believe that Communist Russia is supperior in every aspect because she is communist... plus the fact that Russians hate Polish as we are the reason why they have independence day equivalent. K-202 was many times cheaper and it was faster than desktop IBM computers introduced by IBM 10 years later... One of the K-202 was operating information systems on a big train station in Poland until XXI century and it was able to do that 24/7 with no hardware problems->so the claim that the computers were unreliable was a lie. West was thinking that it is iffy because it is communist and Moscow was thinking that it is iffy because it was Polish... I read a comment from some scientist that got visitor back in the old days from Moscow and that person was talking about K-202 to that Russian visitor and telling him how advanced this computer is and what it can do. Russian responce was that: Computer so advanced do not exist. So the person said to him that it can take it to lab near by where one of the K-202 is working. Russian responded with: Computer like that does not exist!

"The Kama tank school (German: Panzerschule Kama) was a secret training school for tank commanders operated by the German Reichswehr near Kazan, Soviet Union. It operated from 1929 to 1933. The school was established in order to allow the German military to circumvent the military restrictions on tank research spelled out in the Treaty of Versailles. Apart from Kama, for the same reason Germany also operated the Lipetsk fighter-pilot school (1926–33) and a gas warfare facility, Gas-Testgelände Tomka (1928–31)." In 1933 Germans stopped pretending that they were complying with the arrangements. But close cooperation was all the way until the German attack on Soviet Union. Go and watch video from Brest victory parade 22 september 1939 where Germans and Soviets marching together as brothers in arms...

@agapp11able "are you telling me Communism didnt work?" Yes, it was a failure of unbelivable proportions and was tested many times with many forms and all the time with the same result. "the USSR had the second largest economy" They were sucking resources out of satelite countries and presenting fake reports about absolutly everything. People were standing in massive line for toilet papper all the time in communist Europe. Starving to death after private farms were changed to state farms... In 1991 every state that was part of USSR wanted to abandon this idea and 2.5 millions of people were released from mental institutions where they were treated because they thought communism was not the best... Every time when new 5 year plan to fix everything failed there was some scapegoats to blame for the another failure of communism or some people were accused of spying/sabotage. Your idea that lack of computing power is to blame is just silly. In communist country there is shortage of everything, even water is often not flowing from the tap! Go into google image search and put there "kartki żywnościowe"(food stamps) and then write into google translate every item name that you gonna find on the food stamps and you gonna learn what basic food products were too much for communist Poland(and Poland was only partialy communist because farmers were owning the land!-> but state was taking that food and selling to the west to earn some western money and buy wester products and technologies for it.).

Pravda="truth" and there was lack of truth in every newspapper that was forces to name itself "truth" just to give some credibility to all that fake news that they were printing there...
