Humans come from Africa... let that sink in... This promotion of taxation was never planed as a cause of any real change other than source of financing of power grid in 3rd world countries where top brands will be building their factories now because China is a No-Go nowadays for many reasons but most important is the increase of workers wages. Predictions from the 19th century assumed that due to the growth in population and wealth of people living in cities in the 20th century, cities would drown in horse excrement as a result of the fact that most people would be able to afford a horse-drawn carriage and there would be no way to remove it from the streets... The answer is of course nuclear energy -> so Germany is closing and dismantling its last nuclear power plants... There is an old saying: "If you don't know what it's about, it's about money...".

"The politics of denialism has created a scenario" bla bla bla... for last 30 years every climate model failed to predict weather changes... fact that there is ZERO improvement in this topic is a prove of what? Incopetence of people that should use this incorect data? Not the people that producing this invalid predictions? We live in an interglacial... Our species originated in tropical Africa... but the problem is that most of the planet will have a climate more similar to the conditions of the continent we come from? 99% of the comments here are similar to yours... so what? We should believe even more...

There are always two forces and they always try to balance, the more we produce the more is absorbed by the absorption mechanisms. This is how it has worked for hundreds of millions of years and at the same time for hundreds of millions of years nature has been adapting to new conditions. Heat from the earth's interior has been radiating into space for billions of years and that is why you are walking on the remains of solidified lava. The amount of energy radiated by the sun is not constant. The earth's orbit around the sun changes, the tilt of our planet's axis is not constant either, the length of the day is not constant either... and so one could create a long list of things that matter and that humans have ZERO influence on.

Record high temperature on this planet was recorded in 1913... we are so dead i 2025...😅 I also like that children in primary school know that humans come from tropical Africa... They also know that we live in an interglacial period... but among adults this knowledge is fading away... Maybe they watch too much TV and YT?🙃

Winters of the century in my country -> Poland -> winter 1978/1979 -> when Poland had a huge heavy industry producing huge amounts of gases... The effectiveness of modern weather forecasts a few weeks ahead -> close to zero...

@qchtohere8636 "Call me alarmist all you want" Look up information about how serious Western scientists in the 19th century warned that due to the growth of population and wealth, the city would drown in a dozen or so meters of horse excrement in the mid-20th century because everyone would be able to afford a horse-drawn carriage... When you understand why this did not come true, you will understand the deep naivety of your comment...

"I feel like for proper science we should probably have a control planet." for the whole time when i was watching this video i was thinking about Communists and how they always blamed every failure of the communism on the people not willing to agree to even more of communism..... and of course the top comment is the proposal to organize an equivalent of the COMINTERN...😅 And the best thing is that an intelligent elementary school graduate, after learning about the effects of 30 years of predictions, would have no problem in concluding that all climate models have turned out to be wrong... what's more, a 10-year-old, after observing all the several-day forecasts that have turned out to be wrong in the last few months of his life, would also be able to independently come to the most scientifically correct conclusion that modern climate models are hopeless in long-term predictions. Scientists are not responsible for all their mistakes with their wealth or academic titles... The real solution would be to subsidize research on truly revolutionary technologies, and not spend huge amounts of money and strangle industry with the current flawed technology and reasoning on the subject. But that's not the point at all, these taxes on gas that everyone exhales are for building modern power plants in third world countries so that the greats of this world can move their factories there -> because the Chinese no longer want to work 12h a day 7 dvys a week and all that for a bowl of rice... Moreover, forcing manufacturers to ensure that their products have a 5-year durability instead of 12 months would be several times more effective than all other actions that are currently planned.

Basically, The models show that they were created by people who had no idea what they were doing... but after all, these people have valid, legally confirmed documents that they are outstanding scientists in the field... So instead of taking the blame, scientists blame everyone else for not listening to them enough. Anyone who has lived in a communist country knows this mechanism very well. No communist will ever admit that their communism is useless... Just like the fact that weather models have a problem predicting the weather in a few weeks, and often even days, is no reason not to tell stories that they in the same time via some kind of form of wishful thinking can predict the weather many years in advance...😅
