  1.  @turboimport95  Car was in illegal place... there is fire... so good luck in getting that money out of this firefighter. But yes, it looks like they parked the firetruck specialy infront of the hydrant to fabricate an excuse and break windows in this car.

  2.  @Aquayunyun  From look of the fire truck was the real blockage here... if they would not be standing there the hose would be going directly to the other side of the street where fire was.

  3.  @Conradlovesjoy  Firetruck parked infron of the hydrant and blocked the direct line to the other side of the street... and they did that to have an excuse to break windows in this car... but lets be honest here, it would be more logical to leave the windows intact at put that that line on the hood of this car -> much less damage to the line...

  4. Plenty of people on this planet ending up dead because the attacker using victim gun... its much harder to use your dog against you and what is more important you need to get to the gun first or maybe i am wrong and you have it with you all the time even under shower... :P

And the real blockage here was the firetruck, that they parked infront of the hydrant to have excusse to break windows in this car...

  8.  @baileystark7629  Cops did not cary fuel in a container not designed for this job. Also not the cops made decision to ignore "Stop!" order and instead folowed: "No i gonna run and force them to use taser on me when i have backpack full of unsecured fuel...".
