As a Polish guy that is living in Poland i would stand for Hispanic anthem if it would be representing one of the teams that i came to watch... What we are talking about here has nothing to do with any nation... more melanin in your skin do not make a nationout of anygroup of people and making an anthem to this fact that you have more melanin than others is just ridiculus, unless there are bad intentions behind it (as is the case here)...

Why he should care? He did nothing wrong and she is not his family or friend... considering that she will be able to get out after only 15 years he clearly did very good job as her lawyer.

He did not do anything special... he also explains to her that she got ticket only because she did not stop (that is in this part about checking her license plates)...

@tomare6479 Stop simping for her... why so small amount of time for doing something so nasty? The guy will be in trouble for this for much longer than 1.5month and he literally did nothing! She should get few months in jail minimum and pay real money to this guy!

@cargopilotguy305 And in the same time there was no good reason to put handcuffs on here because 1)she was not planning to run away anywhere. 2)she was not a physical threat to the police officer... On the one hand, you are right that the procedures were ignored, on the other hand, you ignore why they were introduced in the first place.

Nice title for your comment... 😅 There is not a single occurrence of the word 'democracy' in United States Declaration of Independence, that word was very popular in countries behind Iron Curtain and they loved to say that this is democracy because communists got full control over voting system and normal people did not have any real voting power in those countries. Republic is just "not a monarchy" (yes, that's what it means). -> There were Republics with kings... -> like for example my country -> Poland -> kings were elected by the nobles = 10% of citizens were allowed to vote in First Polish Republic that we call in Poland "Rzeczpospolita" and now it is 3rd Rzeczpospolita and noble titles and monarchs were eliminated in 2nd that was created after the First World War. Democratic People's Republic of Korea -> Kim Jong Un is the son of previous leader and previous leader also got his position of power from his father...

@anovino1992 Democracy is when in a group of three people, two democratically vote that the richest one should give their hard-earned money to the other two who didn't feel like working. And a Republic is when the law forbids this type of actions and citizen, his property and his freedom is protected by the law. Best example is Democratic Party in first 100 years of its existance -> their official idea was for the majority to be able to oppress minorities in the USA -> but they only succeeded in doing so when they convinced that minority to vote for them by promising them pie in the sky ->That's why the first 23 senators belonging to this minority were Republicans, not Democrats...

@mikebrown0262 That is a silly idea... she got some sample from the crime scence and got the samples of DNA from all the people that were suspected of this crime. To make false positive she only need to take some DNA from one sample and label it as DNA of the criminal. How exactly this guy knows that she did not do anything like that? He was there, watching at her hands or something?! To know if she did not fabricated anything they would need to take completely new samples from old cases and check them again and i can imagine that in some cases it is not posible and most importantly no one did anything like that yet!

@denysvlasenko1865 Democracy is just a word that communist love to use a slogan to trick people into believing that the actions of few are supported by the majority -> North Korea aka 'Democratic People's Republic of Korea' is th best example -> communist are the nobility and Kim's family is the new monarchy -> and there were plenty of "democracies" behind Iron Curtain and they were all 100% corrupted and peoples votes got ZERO power...

@DrrZed In Russia they can jail you for 7 days without even telling you anything... and what same person would like to have Russian type of justice system? Someone as blind as you that is not aware that there is zero justice in Russia? There are 140 countries that are less corupted than Russia! There is 50 countries in Europe and Russia have 141 place on the Corruption Perceptions Index. I remember old Russian joke that i saw in Russian TV show over decade ago: Russia was second on the list of most corrupted countries. Why Russia was second? They paid the guy that was making the list to not be first... So if you would compare reality not by Russian citizens standard but use some independent judge i can bet that Russian position would be much lower... 2020 they got 30 points, 29 in 2021, 28 in 2022 and for 2023 they ended up with 26 points. In the same time TOP 20 is ending with71 points and Denmark got 90 points as the least corrupted country.

I am Polish and First Rzeczpospolita(Polish word for Republic) got kings that were simply elected by the nobles(10% of population). North Korea have one family that is constantly in charge and that is why their official name is 'Democratic People's Republic of Korea'. Republic stands for country that protects its citizens with the law -> the rulers cannot do whatever they like explaining that they were elected by the people -> like for example Putin in Russia...

And why we should care more about what you think than some well recognized people from history that actualy contributed not only to politics but in this case to science and are recognized as great personalities around the world? I think that you and so many in internet are all about "ignorance is bliss" and i have the feeling that this is exactly where your opinion about Franklin is comming from! (and i am Polish btw. and never been in America and do not planing to visit it in foreseeable future).
