Its not a tank anymore then, its a bunker and yea bunkers are made out of concrete because it is a good material for this job... You want this tracks to move the tanks, its not a game where you can fix any damage to tracks almost instantly. Planting a sandbags on you sherman during WW2 was not a good idea(but used by soldiers anyway) because you cound only put there small amount of sand and even with this small amount tank mobility was significantly reduced and suspension was not designed for this type of extra work.

  6.  @erikakurosaka3734  And the whole idea of "crushing" is not for the fuse but for the shaped charge itself as damage to its side will gonna cause lack o symetry and the jet will be not formed properly and its ability to penetrate armor will be reduced. There are also systems with kevlar nets that are not so heavy but more expensive and they are trying to catch the HEAT and cause premature detonation or catch the shaped charge without detonation.
