"doing all of the proper protocol" she wasnt doing anything that would be called common sense. 1)only one pair of gloves when u are working with something so deadly even in microscopic ammounts.(its mass produced item so defects are expected) 2) how you can not check if your glove is made from material that will gonna stop deadly substance that you planing to work with?!. 3) How she was able to lose so much of that substance and not notice it, log it, report it. 4) how you can work with deadly mercury compound and not go to proper lab to check your blood for mercury... Its in fact horrifying that someone so irresponsible was alowed to be anywhere near that substance not to mention work with it... I can bet money that she was not doing "proper protocol" job when drops of that substance ended on her hand!
