The TOYA Group was established in 1990 in Wrocław. It is one of the leading manufacturers of power tools on the Polish market, which is gradually entering new foreign markets. In 2003, a sister company TOYA Romania was established in Romania, two years later YATO China in Shanghai, and in 2019, a subsidiary in China – Yato Tools – was established. YATO is one of the cheapest brands in Poland and judging by the results it is clear that it was made by the same factory as in the case of pliers marked as made in China...

You can argue that this is the case for high-tech product with Made in China on it, as 99% of the time Western company build that factory, but in case of this type of product and Germany? Nope.
