More important is the lack of any mention of massive corruption in Chinese military... people are paying millions of dollars in bribes for general promotions because that is allowing them to drain many millions of dolars from Chinese military to pockets of general family and friends. And the idea that state owned company can produce cheaper or as efficient as comercial one... It is good joke but i do not think that Bikov was trying to tell us one!🙃

Every military rank in China have its value as you paying for it via bribe not via skill or accomplishment in your service. People paying millions of dollars to get high position in military because millions of dollars they gonna drain out from the military! And the idea from this video that the state owned company gonna produce cheaper or as efficient as comercial one... 🤣 Binkov is clearly under influence of the Soviet Union legend and have no idea how inefficient communism was and how state owned companies were happy to waste money!

  4. Check the bribe price for general rank in Chinese military and tell us why people are paying millions of dollars for positions where officialy/legaly you can not earn millions of dolar... "I would say they are at 500 billions on purchasing power comparing with USA" in USA they are buying military equipment not wasting money on stuff sold by family members of some general... its normal that officials in China have millions of dollars hiden under the bed and that also include high ranking military generals... typicaly in this world to get 1million in bribes you need to waste 100millions of state money to get that 1 million to your pocked, maybe they are more efficient in this topic in China as its common knowledge there and they hardly are able to hide it from the public.
