" heh, for me, after reading your second comment i was thinking that you do not know what the "dynamic load" is and more of your comments only confirmed my assumption. It is also clear that just like most of the commenters in internet; admiting that you are wrong is not an option. And there is whole list ot thing that are conected with the topic that you do not understand so "you don't not what the hell you're talking about" is 100% about you. Everything have safety factors so you are right that adding heavy stone to the walls should not colapse the building but in the same time this safety factors are set there for a reason and you should not cuting into it with idea "it should be ok + some excuse why". And yes there is a huge chance that the building would be standing without the modifications pointed in this video, everyone was ignoring safety and using similar excuses to you->it should be fine because other safety factors making it safe->but in too many places this excuse was used and that is why the building colapsed and you should not cut into this safety margins and hoping that other factors gonna replace it...
