@WOTArtyNoobs "At near perfect vacuum of 29.9199 inches of HG vacuum, the boiling point of water is approximately -90°F or - 68°C. Space is not a perfect vacuum." -> Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from a solid-state to a gas state. There is no boiling at - 68°C in space because water can't be liquid in this conditions.

@AndrexoHD At -83 deg C water is not boiling it is solid(ice)... comets starting to sublimate(not boil) when they are closer to the sun they are never in liquid state...

@VariantAEC IEEE is not a scientific organization of any kind... and two executives of IEEE have only "Dr." for a reason well presented by you with your citation... Also how you can call yourself an "profesional engineer" and mess up your units... oh wait i forgot about the NASA engineer that forgot that whole scientific world is using metric units and thx to that small mistake instead of becoming artificial satelite of Mars the vehicle ended up as new crater on Mars... If your units are OK then any mistake in your engineering work can be easly detected and avoided and often human life is dependant on that. In strictly scientifical work it is also causing haos when your whole job is to point the proper order of the world. That whole citation for me is a good indicator that any data from this person should be at least double-checked! And who have time for that in real world? Just use as a source data from someone reliable...
