Well as Swiss have public referendums that are above the stuff that is forced by the politicians they instantly removed almost all the changes into Swiss law that was forced on Swiss politicians by EU politicians that was crying that they are part of the Schengen Area but do not have laws as restrictive in this topic like EU politics would like... So yea i am 100% sure that France is not number one not to mention that i saw on YT a guy from France that moved from France to Poland to train people how to use weponds properly i realistic/"tactical" situations... So training that would look anything like the situation from Kenosha would be simply illegal in France but not in Poland...
