I got plesure to see in dojo two 10th DAN in Aikido and two in Jujutsu and they were amazing and most importantly healthy after many decades in the dojo... "but builds pain tolerance." yea right, this is exactly what you can learn via this DUST, tolerance to the pain as this is what you can expect if you gonna try to use any of that stuff in real life. 🤣 Nobody want pain because it is simply unhealthy it is the way of the body that is trying to tell you "stop you are doing something very stupid!". Maybe watch comedy "Kickass" as your whole comment strangely fits to the story in this movie...
