And the Stephen Schneider (scientist) that made numerical prediction for the cooling in 1971 was the same guy that in the 80's became the biggest propagator of the idea of the warming, but he become famous scientist for promoting the very oposite idea and you can easly find videos from the end of 70's where he is talking about using nukes to melt ice caps to "save the planet"(search for: 'Ice Age 1978 Leonard Nimoy' heis atthe end of this document).

That advice about breathing works for this guy because it is slowing your breathing rate->sign that you are relaxed that can help you relax your mind. His advice to take that extra amount of air also force you to relax huge chunk of important muscles -> another sign that can give your brain sign to relax. The slow breathing is the reason why people like to smoke->its not the nasty smoke or nicothine(that is the chemical addiction part of smoking)->the relaxing part is that it is forcing you to slow your breath rate. He is also giving this advice to concentrate on your breathing experience->"Make sure to focus in on your lungs expanding, your skin and muscles stretching as you breathe in to take you out of the moment."->i can imagine it will be easy for some and others need to learn it and get used to it to make it work but the advice sounds solid(there is also the "believing" part in it that you clearly missing 😉)...

People puting wrong fluid into oil receptacle is not as rare as "There was this one video"... there is plenty of videos when mechanic is showing oil from a car that was towed to the shoop and oil looks like a cappuccino... So real mechanic with any amount of work experience would be happy that other people are watching in this case to save people from that expensive and time consuming mistake.
