I live in Poland the age is 15 here and there is no age limit for the partner... probably because this its as irrational as its in USA when hitting 18 makes it somehow making love to your girlfriend illegal. In Germany it is 14 and to be honest this is the very first time i hear about the top limit that you are talking about. But what i know is that in Poland avg age when people doing it is much higher than in USA->in USA literally most people doing it when it is illegal -> the law is making criminals out of massive % of people->that is some disfunctional law! And what exactly gonna happen in case she is 17 and he is 23? How is that bad but 15+20 is fine? Zero logic or morals behind this idea...
