Where in any country on this planet you have something like that in any book of law that if a threat cannot be carried out immediately then it is not a threat? You have the same "idea" about law as she does... And i googled "conditional threat" nd ofc there is nothing like that in the American law... the only condition in this case is if the victims have reasoned fear that the thread will be fulfilled -> and it is 100% up to the police officer in this case -> and he is acting hostile to police all the time and blaming everything including her yelling at them. So 100% he have the right to feel that way if she have the right and will to feel that way... This not freedom of speach! And it is a huge oversight, in my opinion, that American law does not provide any punishment for calling people names in public.

@academicdeaneducation6671 1) She claims that she do not have gun is not the same as "She doesn't have a gun", on top of it she is 100% ready to get one aka fulfil her threat. "She says she will do what she can to defend herself. " -> that literally contradicting your first point... "She has been unlawfully detained" I bet your knowledge of law is so high that you wouldn't even be able to correctly define the word "law"... 😅 4)->You were able to understand nothing from the video and all the legal document showed up as extra commentary to what was shown You simply ignored it because you have your own vision of how the world works. As someone from Central Europe who spent half of his childhood in a communist country and where the police are still heavily privileged despite the fact that communism was officially overthrown 30 years ago... I'll tell you that no one here behaves like that because no one would treat criminals like that... and as for the behavior of the police, even though we don't have any colored people, getting a beating at the police station is much easier than in the US.

@ronnie8521 "Even some cops don’t know the law" nothing to do with the topic plus the law is being created for the people(ALL) not for individuals that have scientifical degree in it(especialy criminal law), so there is ZERO need to study the law to know that you doing something illegal -> and she was fully aware that there are evidence of criminal activity in that trash bin... -> SHE KNOWS THE LAW ->she just trying to lie her way out of trouble(in most inefficient way possible).
